About us and the role:
Are you a skilled facilities professional ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained school environments?
Join our team as a Sites Team Leader and lead the daily operations and management of our facilities.
In this exciting role, youll oversee and support the Sites Team including undertaking maintenance, supervising contractors and supporting capital projects.
Working closely with the Premises Manager and Trust Central Office Team, youll play a key role in maintaining compliance, enhancing our facilities and ensuring the Trusts operational excellence.
If youre an organised and proactive leader with expertise in facilities management, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!
What will you do?
Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the Trust's facilities, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
Provide training and support to other staff members, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to carry out their work.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans under the guidance of the Trust Premises Manager, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Support capital projects, working with the Trust Premises Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that facilities are upgraded and improved as necessary.

What are we looking for?
Experience in a site manager role.
Experience leading a team of site managers.
Flexibility prepared to work some hours outside normal
NEBOSH or IOSH Certificate in Environmental management, Legionella Prevention, Fire Marshall, Safeguarding Training, Working at Heights, Risk Assessor, PAT testing.
Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils

The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
